1. Estimates Are Non-Binding

Any estimate provided by Tere Auto Collision — whether delivered by phone, email, through our online estimate request form, or through any automated chat assistant on our website — is not a binding contract or guarantee of final cost. All estimates are preliminary and are subject to adjustment after a final in-person inspection of the vehicle.

The actual cost of repair may differ from the estimate due to factors including, but not limited to: additional damage identified during inspection, parts availability and pricing, labor time, and insurance adjustments. A final written repair authorization will be provided before any work begins.

By submitting an estimate request through our website, you acknowledge and agree that any estimate you receive is non-binding and subject to change following in-person inspection.

2. Limitation of Liability

This website, the estimate request service, and any automated chat assistant we offer are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tere Auto Collision makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tere Auto Collision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or the estimate request service, including but not limited to reliance on any estimate provided. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Florida law.

3. Automated Chat Assistant

Our website may offer an automated chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence to help answer general questions about our shop and services.

• Not a person. The chat assistant is an automated AI system, not a Tere Auto Collision employee. A notice to this effect appears when you begin a conversation.
• Informational only. Its responses are general information provided for convenience. They do not constitute professional, legal, insurance, or repair advice, do not create any professional or contractual relationship, and are not a binding quote or commitment. The assistant cannot authorize repairs or guarantee prices, timelines, or warranty coverage.
• Accuracy. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Please do not rely on them for decisions, and confirm anything important with us directly at (754) 367-6039. Do not use the assistant to report an emergency or other time-sensitive issue.
• Your conversations. Messages you send may be recorded, stored, and reviewed to operate and improve the assistant, and are processed by a third-party AI service provider on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
• "As is." The chat assistant is provided "as is," and the limitation of liability in Section 2 applies to your use of it.

4. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of this website or the estimate request service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida.

By using this website, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts or to venue in such courts.
