When you submit an estimate request through our website, we collect the following information:

• Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number
• Vehicle information: vehicle identification number (VIN) or year, make, model, and trim
• Damage description: any written description of the damage you choose to provide
• Photos: images of vehicle damage you upload with your request
• Chat conversation content: if you use our automated chat assistant, the messages you send and any information you choose to provide in the conversation
• Technical data: your IP address is processed by Cloudflare Turnstile, our spam-prevention service, to verify you are a human user. We do not store your IP address.

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Review and respond to your estimate request
• Contact you by phone, email, or text about your estimate (as you consented at submission)
• Provide you with a repair estimate and answer any follow-up questions
• Operate our automated chat assistant and answer your general questions

We do not use your information for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Photo Retention and Deletion

Photos you upload are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage on an account controlled by Tere Auto Collision. We retain uploaded photos for approximately 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted by an object-lifecycle rule. This deletion is automatic and requires no action from you.

Your contact information (name, email, phone) and vehicle details are retained in our email records as part of the normal business correspondence log. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, please contact us at [email protected] or call (754) 367-6039.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our estimate request form:

• Spam-prevention provider (currently Cloudflare Turnstile) — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that verifies human users. It processes your IP address and browser signals during verification. No cookies are set. See the provider's Privacy Policy .
• Email delivery provider (currently Resend) — a transactional email service used to deliver your estimate request to our shop. Your submission data (contact info, vehicle details, and a link to your uploaded photos) is transmitted to it for delivery. See the provider's Privacy Policy .
• AI chat assistant provider — our automated chat assistant is operated on our behalf by a third-party conversational-AI provider under a data processing agreement. If you use the chat, the messages in your conversation are transmitted to and processed by that provider to generate responses, and may be processed to operate and improve its service. We do not sell your conversation data. You can request the name of our current provider and a link to its privacy policy by contacting us at [email protected].
• Analytics provider (currently Plausible Analytics) — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that measures aggregate site traffic (page views, referring sites, top pages, and general country-level location) so we can improve the site. It sets no cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites. See the provider's data policy .

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or ad-retargeting technology on this website. You can request a current list of our third-party providers and their privacy policies by contacting us.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion Requests

7. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Pixel, or any behavioral ad-tracking technology, and we do not track you across other websites. We do use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (described in Section 5) that measures aggregate traffic without setting cookies and without identifying you. The third-party services in Section 5 process only the data needed to perform their function.

Your submitted information is never used for advertising or retargeting, and we do not sell it to any third party.

8. Contact Consent (TCPA)

By submitting an estimate request, you consent to be contacted by Tere Auto Collision about your estimate by phone, email, or text message. This consent is captured via a required checkbox at the time of submission, and the exact consent text and timestamp are recorded with each request.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. This consent is limited to communications about your estimate request and does not enroll you in any marketing or promotional text messaging program.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action relating to this Privacy Policy shall be filed in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
